I think you should change the name of your site to "Captain Awesome" - it fits who you are so much better than "Fat Athlete" - pleeeeeese?
Also, in regards to the harsh reality that, yes, you are an individual - remember there are a lot of the Matz's that love sour dough. Remember when I used to make sour dough pancakes when you were young? mmmmmmmmm! If you ask around in your Ward, I'll bet you will find someone who has some sour dough starter and that's all you need to be able to make sourdough pancakes.
